Dr. Heba Al‑Naseri is a UK-trained Family Medicine Consultant with over 20 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, and preventive medicine. She currently serves as a Consultant in Family Medicine at the an Embassy Health Unit in Abu Dhabi and also works as a sessional General Practitioner for the NHS Urgent Care Services.
Dr. Al‑Naseri graduated with Distinction in Clinical Practice from St. Bartholomew’s and The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry and holds additional postgraduate qualifications including MRCGP, a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and a Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has a strong interest in medical education and community health.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Al‑Naseri has increasingly focused on the role of lifestyle in preventing and managing chronic disease. She is currently undertaking the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine Diploma (2025–2026) and is passionate about empowering individuals and communities to improve health through evidence-based approaches to nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and sustainable behaviour change.
