A GP by profession, Nizar is a Senior Partner in ‘GP Direct’ which he founded in 1996. It is currently the largest general practice in Harrow. He is the founder of a non-profit co-operative with a group of GPs (HARMONI), which is now a £100m t/o organisation providing out of hours GP service to a million population, across west London. He is a Trustee of The Salaam Centre.
