This week, Husayni Madrasah will be holding Prize Giving Day.
Every year, the children are asked to work on an Islamic Project over the Summer Holidays. They are given a topic  and some guidance as to what they could do. Apart from this, they are given a free hand. Some hand in models whilst others hand in written projects.
Judges are given the task of deciding which projects are the best for each age group (under 6 years old, 6 to 10 and over 10). A token prize is given to all of the children who submit a project and a cup is given to the runner up and winner of each group as well as the overall winner.
The Prize Giving Day includes presentations from younger children and also will be when the children receive their reports.
